Dan specializes in working with absentee investors from Canada and many U.S. States. Can work with the beginner investor to the career investor. During 2010/2011 Dan has created portfolios for groups of investors from six home investment  portfolios to 150 home investment  portfolios. Including Acquisition, Rehab, Leasing, Management and Strategic Disposition.
